Step 1 – Upload Application:
Download Main_Files.zip from CodeCanyon. Extract it locally. Inside WebSourceCode, zip the contents and upload to public_html or www. Extract the contents on the server.
Environment File Setup
The package does not include a ready-made .env file because it contains private installation data such as database credentials, mail settings, API keys, payment credentials, and other production secrets.
Step 2 – Create the Environment File:
After uploading the web source code to your server, copy .env.example and rename the copied file to .env.
Command (Linux): cp .env.example .env
Step 3 – Update Required Values:
Open the new .env file and update the values required for your installation, including APP_NAME, APP_URL, database credentials, mail credentials, Firebase, Pusher, payment gateway credentials, and any other service keys used by your project.
Step 4 – Generate Application Key:
Generate the Laravel application key after creating the .env file.

Step 3 – Create Environment File:
The package does not include a .env file. You must create one yourself before running the installer:
- Rename or copy
.env.exampleto.env:
cp .env.example .env - Generate a secure application key:
php artisan key:generate
This will automatically write a uniqueAPP_KEYvalue into your.envfile. - Then set writable permission on the newly created file:
chmod 775 .env
php artisan key:generate step. Without a valid APP_KEY, session encryption and user data protection will not work correctly.
Installation
To install the Subsify – Subscription Management System (Laravel Script), follow these steps carefully:
1. Launch the Installer:
Visit your domain (e.g., https://yourdomain.com) in a browser. This will open the installation wizard.
2. Enter Branding Name (App Name):
In the App Name field, enter the brand or product name you want to use for this installation. Example: Subsify - Digital Tools & Subscription Reselling Laravel Script.
This branding name will be used in two important places automatically:
- It will be written into the
.envfile asAPP_NAME. - It will also be saved into the application settings as the site name, which is used across titles, emails, and frontend branding.
3. Enter Database Configuration:
Enter the database host as localhost, set the username, enter your database password, and provide the name of the database where the application will be installed.
4. Setup Admin Account:
Provide administrator credentials to access the backend of the system. These details will be used to log in after installation is complete.
first name, last name, email, and a secure password
5. Complete Installation: After filling out all required fields and ensuring proper permissions, click the Install Now button to finalize the installation process.
Login Flow
The Subsify platform offers a secure and role-based login experience for both general users and administrators. Depending on the user type, the login behavior adapts dynamically, including optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security.
Step 1 – Customer Login:
Customers access the standard login page where they can enter their email and password. The form includes a "Remember Me" checkbox and a "Forgot Password?" link. Once authenticated, users are redirected to the customer dashboard.
Step 2 – Admin Login Redirection:
If the system detects that the email entered belongs to an admin account, the user is automatically redirected to a dedicated Admin Login page with a separate styling and endpoint. This improves access control and prevents unauthorized dashboard entry.
Step 3 – 2FA Verification (Admin Only):
If two-factor authentication is enabled for the admin account, an additional screen will appear requesting a verification code. This code is sent to the admin’s registered email or phone. Admins must enter the code to successfully complete the login process.
This multi-step flow ensures role isolation, secure access, and a smooth user experience across both customer and administrative roles.
Forget Password
If a user forgets their password, they can securely reset it using the "Forgot Password" feature. This process includes three simple steps to verify identity and update login credentials.
Step 1 – Request Email Verification:
The user navigates to the Forgot Password page and enters their registered email address. After clicking Verify Email, a verification code is sent to their inbox.
Step 2 – Enter Verification Code:
The user is then prompted to enter the code they received. This step helps validate ownership of the email before allowing any password changes. If the code is not received, there's an option to Resend Code.
Step 3 – Reset Password:
Once verified, the user is redirected to the Reset Password page. They must enter a new password and confirm it. On successful submission, their password is updated and they can log in with the new credentials.

Admin Profile Management
The Admin Profile section allows users with administrative access to manage their account information securely and efficiently. This module includes personal details, editable profile fields, and password management options.

The platform supports flexible commission configurations to manage seller earnings and admin fees. These settings allow defining default and custom commission rates on a per-seller or category basis.
General Commission Settings:
Admins can set a Fixed Commission Rate for all sellers globally, along with a Minimum Seller Withdrawal Amount. These global rules apply unless overridden per seller or category. The form also includes a toggle for activation.
Seller-Based Commission:
Specific commission rates can be defined for individual sellers. Admins can input a custom percentage rate and click Set to apply. This allows flexibility in handling high-volume or special sellers.
Category-Based Commission:
This feature lets the admin define commissions per seller based on product categories. This is especially useful in marketplaces where different categories carry different margins.
Commission History:
The commission report lists admin earnings by order code, along with seller earnings and timestamps. This historical view aids in transparency and financial audits.
Payout Requests:
Sellers can request payouts once their balance exceeds the configured minimum. The Payout Request screen lists requests with columns for amount, message, status, and available actions. If no requests exist, the view displays an informative placeholder.
Product Catalog Management
The Product Catalog module allows admins to organize subscription products into hierarchical structures such as Categories and Subcategories, enriched with detailed Attributes and their respective Values. This modular system improves user navigation and enhances product filtering and customization.
Category Management:
Categories serve as the primary grouping level for products. Admins can list, create, edit, or delete categories. Each category includes fields such as Title, Image, Position (for sorting), Status, and SEO metadata like Meta Title, Description, and Keywords.
Subcategory Management:
Subcategories further refine product organization under each Category. The Subcategory table displays the Title, Parent Category, Position, and Status. Admins can use the action icons to edit or delete any entry.
Attribute & Value Management:
Attributes define characteristics such as User type, Version, or Cancellation Policy. Each attribute can hold multiple values, visible in a dedicated list view. Attributes and their values can be toggled active or inactive, and rearranged via the Position field.
These features provide a flexible way to structure product offerings, support advanced filtering, and streamline catalog customization.
Product Management
The Product Management module allows administrators to manage all subscription-based products. This includes assigning categories, setting pricing, configuring visibility, and defining stock variants. Each product can be created with comprehensive metadata, including SEO fields, variant pricing, and seller information.

Admins can manage posts via the Blog List, and new entries can be created using the Create Product Blog form.
Stock Management & Product Delivery
The Stock Management module in Subsify allows the admin to manage product availability and link stock to individual customer orders. It provides tools to create, categorize, and deliver digital product variants such as subscriptions, memberships, and streaming accounts.

Admins can create new stock entries by selecting the product, variant, and inputting customer credentials like family email, password, payment info, and next renewal date. Fields like notes and invitation links ensure full details are recorded.
Create Product Delivery:
Once a stock is available, it can be assigned to a customer through a delivery form. The admin selects a stock-product pair, enters customer email, start/end dates, and optional proof of delivery. This links the stock to the order record.
Manage Product Delivery:
All deliveries appear under the respective stock details. Admins can edit or delete any delivery, ensuring accurate handoffs and timely subscription management.
Guest Order Delivery
The Guest Order Delivery flow is designed to securely deliver subscription credentials to users who place orders without creating an account. It ensures one-time secure access while maintaining simplicity and ease of use.
Step 1 – Delivery Summary Popup:
Once an admin submits a guest order and marks it as delivered, a summary popup is shown. It includes the order number, email recipient, delivery link, product name, and validity details. Admins can choose to copy the info, visit the guest view, or return to orders.
Step 2 – Email Verification:
When a guest accesses their delivery link, they must verify their email first. The system provides a hint of the registered email address to ensure it's only accessible to the right person.
Step 3 – Delivery Access (Guest View):
After successful email verification, the guest user is shown the order’s delivery details including the subscription key, instructions, expiration date, and status. The experience is designed to feel trustworthy, even for one-time users.
This delivery mechanism balances user convenience and digital product security, making it ideal for marketplaces offering guest checkout options.
